dumumub ("we", "us") operates the website dumumub.com, which distributes audio plugins. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled.
We collect your email address when you choose to provide it before downloading a plugin. Providing your email is optional — you can skip this step and still download.
We do not collect names, payment details (donations are handled entirely by Stripe), IP addresses, or any other personal information beyond what you voluntarily submit.
We do not use your email for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Email addresses are stored in Google Firebase Firestore, a cloud database operated by Google LLC. Firebase's data infrastructure is located in the United States. You can review Google's data processing practices at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
Optional donations are processed by Stripe, Inc. dumumub does not store card numbers or payment details. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
We store your email address in your browser's local storage after you submit it so you are not prompted again on future visits. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics services.
You can request that your email be deleted from our records at any time. To do so, email us at the address below. We will remove your data within 30 days.
